Passionate about fitness and serving others, I graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in exercise science. I had the privilege of shaping the fitness program at the college's facility and was honored to be nominated for Rebook's Most Inspiring Trainer award. As the founding trainer and head of fitness at multiple fitness facilities throughout the Boston region,  i've had the privilege of guiding and inspiring a diverse range of individuals, from high school and college athletes to professionals at the pinnacle of their careers.

My approach to fitness is not just about physical strength; it's about building a community. This philosophy has led to the highest retention rates across all gyms I've worked with, a testament to the effectiveness of our programs and the strong bonds formed within our gym walls.

I've also had the honor of coaching at major Boston events for renowned brands like Under Armour, Alo Yoga, and Vuori, bringing energy and expertise to each session. My passion for fitness and community culminated in the successful launch of our gym business, which not only thrived in its first year but also expanded to include a dedicated team of six exceptional employees.

Every step of my journey has been driven by a belief in the transformative power of fitness, and I am committed to continuing this journey, inspiring others, and redefining what it means to be fit.
